Alumni Relations and DevelopmentThis collection consists of office files of registered student organizations, events, and inter-office information. Student organizations files vary in content, but contain documentation like rosters, constitutions, flyers, and correspondence.
Office of Campus and Community InvolvementThis collection consists of operational office files of the Department of Healthcare Administration. Syllabi, preceptors conference files, and self-study reports for accreditation largely comprises this collection. Some of the program's alumni association files, faculty meeting minutes, advisory council files, an assortment of recruiting brochures, additional data and information about the program, photographs, and other mixed media complete the collection.
Department of Healthcare AdministrationThis collection consists of planning documentation, proceedings, and recordings of the two Earl M. Lewis Symposium on Urban Affairs held at Trinity University in 2004 and 2005. The symposiums were planned and carried out by the Director of the Urban Affairs program, Char Miller, with the assistance of Trinity University trustee and alum Walter Huntley. The first symposium was titled The City: Past, Present and Future which focused on San Antonio. The second symposium was titled A Tale of Two Cities: Atlanta and San Antonio. The symposium was named in honor of Earl M. Lewis, Professor Emeritus at Trinity. Lewis was the founding director of the graduate program in 1968. He was appointed George W. Brackenridge Distinguished Professor of Urban Studies in 1982. Lewis retired from Trinity University in 1990.

Gerontology Studies Graduate ProgramThis collection consists of records from university president Duncan Wimpress. This set contains operational files and files on associations and organizations he was a part of while president. Some materials in associations and organizations maybe addressed to M. Bruce Thomas, who was interim president before and after Wimpress.
Wimpress, Duncan, 1922-2014This collection consists of records from the Human Communication and Theatre department at Trinity University, formally known as the Speech and Drama department. The majority of this collection contains information on season productions.
IMPACT: Scholarship, Creativity, and Community Engagement at Trinity University is a publication that features the scholarly and creative works of faculty and staff at Trinity, addressing the strategic plan's call for showcasing active scholarship and research.
Strategic Communications and MarketingThis collection consists of files from former chair of interdisciplinary programs, Richard A. Johnson, and Virginia Mounce, former member of the Latin American Studies Program Committee.
This collection consists of files on events held at Laurie Auditorium. Files include planning and promotion documentation. One box contains technical information on the operation of the auditorium.
This collection contains material from the former director of public relations, Leon “Tex” Taylor Taylor. The collection includes correspondence, biographical files, development department files, samples of print media, various articles about Trinity University, and assorted event files spanning Taylor’s tenure at Trinity University from 1947 to 1987.

The Monroe G. Everett Records include correspondence and university records from Everett's tenure as university president, spanning from 1942-1950. In addition to correspondence, this collection contains financial reports, faculty records, flyers, and bulletins. The bulk of this collection dates to the 1940s.

Butler, RichardThis collection contains information about Trinity University's Scholarship Reception starting in 1994. It contains emails, pictures, attendance lists, and other related items.
Alumni Relations and DevelopmentThis collection consists of material related to the investigation of Dr. Sherman M. Stanage conducted in the spring semester of 1968. Dr. Stanage was a professor of philosophy at Trinity University and was involved in both campus and city activities. When informed that his contract would not be renewed, he requested that the university investigate, claiming that his academic freedom was being violated. An investigation committee was formed consisting of Trinity professors Dr. Jess Carnes, Dr. Guy Ranson, and Dr. Donald Everett, and it is the documentation of this committee that composes this collection. Material is predominantly from the 1967-1968 academic year, however, some of the documents predate this time frame. Much of this documentation was used as evidence for the investigation. Material is correspondence and memoranda, news clippings, recollection of events, and reports of the investigation committee.
This collection contains the full run of Skyline Magazine, a publication produced by students taking a print communications course from the Department of Communication. The faculty advisor for the publication was professor Sammye Johnson.
