J. O. Terrell was a student of Trinity University at Tehuacana. The photo album is of early Trinity students and faculty. The scrapbook is of news clippings, telegrams, and letters received at his death, compiled by his wife.

The Monroe G. Everett Records include correspondence and university records from Everett's tenure as university president, spanning from 1942-1950. In addition to correspondence, this collection contains financial reports, faculty records, flyers, and bulletins. The bulk of this collection dates to the 1940s.
Everett, Monroe Green,1885-1964The Paul Baker Papers consist of correspondence, photographs, administrative records, scripts, playbills, blueprints for theatre construction, periodical clippings and scrapbooks spanning the years 1925-1976 with the bulk of the material concerning the mid-century. The material from the latter years relates to Baker’s tenure at Trinity University, but the majority of the collection is from his years with Baylor University and his work with the Dallas Theatre Center. The collection also contains a small series of Kitty Baker’s correspondence and personal papers.

Alumni Relations and DevelopmentThe Public Relations PR Files were donated to the Trinity University Archives in the 1980s and include press releases on subject files and last names from the 1960s through the early 1980s. The collection focuses largely on the student and faculty experience, with many press releases on academic programs and centers, research, grants, and organizations. There is also a heavy focus on campus events, especially theater and musical performances, and on athletics. The collection touches on Trinity's engagement with the San Antonio community as well, with press releases on Fiesta and outside groups meeting at Trinity. Many of the press releases also highlight the administrative side of Trinity, as well as its growth, with topics such as the history of Trinity, major administrators at Trinity, and the construction of new buildings.
