The Monroe G. Everett Records include correspondence and university records from Everett's tenure as university president, spanning from 1942-1950. In addition to correspondence, this collection contains financial reports, faculty records, flyers, and bulletins. The bulk of this collection dates to the 1940s.
The Bill Bristow Art Department Files include correspondence, records, scrapbooks, and photographs from Bristow's tenure as Art Department Chair, spanning from 1963-1985. The bulk of this collection dates to the 1960s and 1970s.
For preservation purposes, all media has been stored separately. If a piece of media was removed from a file, there is a cross reference note in both files referring to the original location. The materials in this series include photographs, both personal and professional, microfilm, audio/visual materials, artifacts as well as computer files. If you would like access to a piece of media that requires viewing equipment, we ask that you provide staff with 24 hour notice
In addition to his teaching duties and publishing endeavors, Dr. Miller was a frequent guest speaker at various institutions. Within this series are notes, correspondence and travel information regarding each of these speaking engagements. In 2005, Dr. Miller participated in a nationwide speaking tour for the US Forest Service. There are many files pertaining to this tour, USDA Forest Service Road Tour.
Records in this series include Dr. Miller’s course syllabi, lecture materials, teaching awards as well as files on student evaluations. The majority of this material would have contributed to Dr. Miller’s tenure status at Trinity.
